Some where in between

Catch up and a few whoo hoo’s.

Well not a lot happening in my neck of the woods really Glenn and I have been sick with Flu/cold since the weekend so not feeling that great.

But have managed to catch up with the very busy Delys for a coffee and a orange and date scone from Colombus just love their coffee and the scones are the best.

Lost some more weight 4.7 in total now, as a serial dieter I think its all to do with choice.  Looked long and hard at that cheesecake at Colombus and thought no its not worth it choose the scone. lol.

Now working weighing people in at weight watchers so that means I get paid for it and free meetings, what a way to stay motivated.

Dannielle my vegan daughter who doesn’t eat fruit and veges,  yes crazy I know, has been eating them all week making soups and fruit smoothies.  Hate the mess she makes but pleased she is now having these in her diet.

And thats it all very food orientated I’m afraid.

well done on that weight loss dianna and like you said what a great way to stay motivated and get paid for doing it at the same time. Yippe for fruit and veggies that “D” is eating.

Well done on losing that much weight! I am going to see about working at the meetings too, or becoming a leader, because I know that would help me keep it off.
Hope you & Glenn are feeling better soon.

Dianna you are going great guns with the weight loss!!!!

Hope you guys are starting to feel better now. :)

Gotta confess to chuckling at a vegan who doesn’t eat fruit and veg. Was she just eating bread and nuts and pulses?

Great idea, Dianna, that should make things a little easier. The couple of times I have started WW I always ended up not going to the meetings, and then you end up stopping altogether ‘cos you lose motivation, so to have to be there for them and then to get paid on top is just awesome! Lol at your little ‘vegan’!
